Course in excellent condition friendly staff and good food really enjoyed our day at Long Sutton.

Was a bit tricky trying to find the events entrance, even though it was sign posted but it was a great meal and excellent service team.

Course was in perfect condition and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Visited driving range - claimed to be unlimited balls but only dispensed 50. Would have been 5 stars if unlimited was true Clubhouse was clean and tidy and served a nice pint at a reasonable price Edit - 50 balls are dispensed using inital code. Further balls can be gained by visiting the golf shop and getting additional codes. On further visits the technology would not link to phone app so will keep at 4 stars

Nice golf course in south Somerset. Played in a match in April & was in very good condition. Nice clubhouse & friendly staff. Clubhouse also hosts meetings & functions. Opposing players/team were very friendly & helpful showing us around. The course itself is 6406 yards off the whites (6092 off the yellows & 5558 off the reds) but new tees are being built so it may lengthen this year. There are water hazards across several fairways plus various ponds so you have to plot your way round & the greens slope in various directions so I would imagine very quick in the summer if you're on the wrong side of the hole. Only gave it four out of five stars as I don't know how the course fairs in the wet, winter months. It was a bit "sticky" when I played with little run but more than playable & a great challenge.

Hosted my 80th Birthday and it was absolutely perfect so a big Thank you to all of the staff who helped to make my special day even happier.

A very open course,but deceiving with a few ditches and trees 🌲 that seem to jump out at you if your aim is slightly off. But I think the hardest part to this course are the greens very hard to read and very speedy ! you will need your putting A game for this one. The watering hole has a good choice of food and drink and are very welcoming ⛳️

Popped in here to use the range and it’s excellent. Has trackman and the mats have different thicknesses to hit from. Ate here too and the food was very good with large portions. We were welcomed by the members, despite us not having collared shirts (as we’re on holiday). You would need collared shirts for the course though I’m sure as it’s a proper club.

What an amazing, well maintained course, we loved every hole and plan on going back again, it was well worth the 2 hour drive.

Good course and excellent value. Managed to get a 7.30 tee off time and was surprised by having a number of groups already on the course in front of us.
