We spent a lovely week at the barn cottage, the cottage was perfect, clean and well presented. Plenty of room for four people and two dogs. The private garden was nice and quiet, ideal for relaxing in. The 3 acres of grounds were great. My dogs loved the fully enclosed dog exercise field. A nice and quiet part of Somerset, but only a 5 minute drive to two local towns. All in all a great week away in a great cottage. Food & drinks: If you like a proper country pub, look no further than the half way house, just up the road. Friendly and welcoming and they do great food.

Wow, what a wonderful, peaceful place to stay.Mark & Jenny are perfect hosts. The whole place is beautiful in a fantastic part of the country. The amenities are top class.

Lovely dog friendly accommodation in a beautiful and tranquil location. The Barn is a lovely place to stay; very comfortable and with everything you need. The hosts are a really nice family. Our 2 dogs really enjoy running around in the fully enclosed dog field (and we enjoy them having that opportunity in a safe environment). We’ve been coming here for a week for a few years now and look forward to coming again.

A wonderful few days away in this beautiful cottage. The location was rural, but within reach of all amenities. The hosts were so welcoming, going the extra mile. The rooms were well appointed, clean and spacious. The kitchen well equipped with lovely welcome pack of initial supplies. The place was SO dog friendly with small secure enclosed garden and a wonderful dog exercise field on site. The dog care box was a wonderful touch and the towels and dog spray were well used during a soggy Feb. The location was ideal for trips to Glastonbury,Wells, Cheddar, Yeovil and Taunton

A lovely set up. Ideal for dogs, with a small enclosed garden and a separate large exercise field. Weather was cold and wet but the cottage was lovely and warm with central heating and an electric fire. Would stay again

We just wanted a peaceful country escape and Barn cottage was ideal, the cottage was lovely and cozy and had everything we needed. The games room is ideal and well equipped. My dog absolutely loved the exercise field and it was ni e to let him off lead and know he was secure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we have booked to come again next year so we look forward to seeing you then

The Barn was a wonderful holiday accommodation, very clean and well equipped. Our dog loved the secure doggy exercise field and the private secure garden. It is located very central to the many places we went to visit. With many local pubs doing great food. Lovely hosts. I would love to revisit. Clare & Andy

We had the absolute best of times here at Pitt’s farm Cottages. Our little family 2adults 1 child and a fur baby. No detail had been missed a welcome basket for us and one for Sparky too. A well equipped kitchen and wonderful bookshelves full of books. Garden chairs and a bbq and picnic benches. Attention to detail was really second to none and the owners were superbly helpful from the very first point of contact. Their little guide to the cottages definitely worth a read as lots of helpful stuff in there! Dog walking paddock incredible. Used to exercise humans and K9! Gamesroom was perfect to entertain us of an evening. Super kind ladies on site will definitely hope to return sometime soon! Thanks for the best week away in a peaceful idyllic locations

Fab little cottages in a superb location, especially for walking and getting out into the beautiful countryside. Hosts are welcoming and friendly, will definitely be going back again soon! Nice pub in walking distance.

Enjoyed a short break here just over a month ago. Wonderful facilities, the cottage we stayed in was to a high standard and, despite the current situation we find ourselves in, everything from safety to convenience has clearly been well thought through. The kids particularly enjoyed the games room and outdoor activities. You're also in a wonderful location for walking, cycling etc. Great pub up the road too. Finally, the owners were extremely responsive and we cannot thank them enough.
